I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and accredited EMDR Consultant offering therapy in the area of South East London, I am based in Croydon. I also offer online therapy. I can also provide therapy in Spanish.

I have over 25 years of experience in adult mental health. I have training in various therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy and I am an accredited EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Consultant
